During Covid, Omega sought a meaningful way to engage its most valued clients when in-person appointments were no longer possible. MMD conceived and produced a bespoke virtual appointment invitation designed as a complete luxury unboxing experience.

Each handcrafted presentation box—wrapped in Omega’s signature red—contained a half bottle of Bollinger Champagne, six fresh Ladurée macarons, and a custom appointment card. Inside, a precision CAD-cut foam shelf secured the contents with architectural exactitude, while concealed magnetic closures and a gold-stamped logo elevated the ritual of opening.

The result was not simply an invitation, but an intimate gesture—preserving the theater, refinement, and personal connection synonymous with Omega.
