MMD led the program design and production for Shine On, a property-wide holiday activation at Hudson Yards, in collaboration with Culture Corps and Wells Fargo.
Anchored by a newly commissioned light sculpture by Christopher Schardt, the experience transformed the public plaza into a choreographed environment of synchronized light and sound. Nightly performances activated the installation, while interactive touchpoints—including a 360-degree automated capture station—invited visitors to engage directly with the artwork.
MMD oversaw experiential programming, digital extensions, and on-site logistics, ensuring cohesion across the 28-acre development—from plaza installations to retail integrations and branded environments.
The activation drew over 400,000 visitors and generated more than 7 million online impressions, establishing a new holiday tradition for the property.
