For Cayre Equities’ Midtown headquarters, MMD conceived a 10,000-square-foot workplace defined by material clarity and architectural restraint.

Polished concrete floors anchor the space, while walnut millwork, marble, and glass partitions introduce warmth and structure. A custom walnut ceiling grid articulates the reception and circulation zones, creating rhythm overhead and reinforcing a sense of measured calm.

Executive lounges and conference rooms balance refinement with comfort—custom furnishings paired with curated modern classics to establish an environment that feels both established and forward-thinking.
