ASTON MARTIN CYGNET II

ASTON MARTIN CYGNET II

AUTOMOTIVE concept

A compact grand tourer for the city, the Cygnet II reimagines Aston Martin’s most curious creation as a study in proportion, precision, and purpose. Conceived as a modern urban companion, it retains the Cygnet’s spirit of rarity and individuality while expressing a newfound confidence of form. Slightly longer and broader than its predecessor, the body settles low and poised, with muscular haunches and a stance that conveys quiet strength.

Its surfaces draw inspiration from the new DB12—taut, sculptural, and deliberate. The grille is a reinterpretation of Aston Martin’s signature geometry, integrated into a front volume that transitions effortlessly into a tapered rear. Beveled lamp forms and crisp shoulder lines lend rhythm and tension, balancing elegance with athletic intent.

Powered by a twin-turbocharged inline-four, the Cygnet II pairs efficiency with performance, fulfilling the original car’s promise of urban practicality without compromise. Larger wheels and widened track deliver precision and presence, while an adaptive chassis provides the dynamic clarity expected of an Aston Martin.

Inside, a hand-stitched interior envelops the occupants in refined simplicity. Materials are authentic and tactile—satin metals, open-pore wood, and full-grain hides—each shaped to express both craft and modernity. Every line within the cabin flows with purpose, echoing the exterior’s sense of motion.

The Cygnet II, ultimately, is a celebration of contradiction: compact yet grand, pragmatic yet poetic. A love letter to an eccentric idea—made real through discipline, imagination, and the enduring pursuit of beauty in utility.
